Habitat Looking for A Family for its second home in Manchester on Jennifer Lane

Bennington Area Habitat for Humanity is looking for a family for the second home they will build in Manchester on Jennifer Lane. Requirements for applicants include a very specific need for decent and affordable housing. Applicants must be unable to get funding for such housing through traditional sources. A stable and adequate income that falls within Habitat’s limits, minimal debt, and a positive credit rating are also necessary.

Manchester Village Hearing

The second hearing regarding the Village Country Inn property being approved for the construction of a Hampton Inn will take place on Monday, November 7, at the Bennington Court House directly across from The Equinox at 7:00 p.m.
