Aloo Paratha

Ingredients for Aloo Paratha

Stuffing:
1 boiled Potatoes
1/2 small finely chopped Onion (optional)
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Small piece of Ginger (very finely chopped or grated)
Salt Red Chili powder and Garam masala as per taste
Butter

Preparation of Aloo Paratha :

Make dough out of whole-wheat flour (atta), as you would do for any parantha/roti.
Mash the potatoes.
Add all the stuffing items to mashed potatoes and mix it properly.
Make medium size chapati, place the filling on the chapati and close it by folding in from all the sides holding the stuffing inside.
Now roll it again with the help of a rolling pin and bring it back to the same round shape.
Dust it with flour and put it on the medium preheated griddle.
When top side is done change the side and keep a check (till properly cooked)
Spread butter over it. Serve Aloo Paratha hot with cucumber yogurt (raita).
